Adrika Sen (she/her, lab manager)
Hi! My name is Adrika and I’m a third-year psychology major with a minor in human development. I'm fascinated by human behavior, particularly cognitive biases, the factors influencing our decision-making processes, and how our social environments and mental processes interact to influence our perceptions, judgments, and actions. After receiving my undergraduate degree, I plan on pursuing a master's degree in social or industrial psychology. In my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, dancing, traveling to new countries, and learning about different cultures and cuisines.
Asia-Jae Davis (she/her)
​Hi! My name is Asia-Jae, and I’m a fourth-year Cognitive Science major here at the University of California, Davis. My research interests center on cognitive load in online learning and the ways individuals form emotional relationships with generative AI models. In the summer of 2025, I was a research fellow studying student experiences in virtual courses, with particular attention to collaboration and group work. Beyond this project, I have worked in K–12 educational settings, exploring the applications of cognitive science in teaching and learning. I plan to pursue graduate studies in cognitive science to deepen my grounding in the field’s philosophical foundations and expand my research on the intersection of human cognition, technology, and learning.
Emily Caitlyn Tran (she/her)
​Hello! My name is Emily, and I am a third-year undergraduate student double-majoring in Psychology and Cinema & Digital Media! I am interested in combining my passions for film and psychology to develop high-quality educational entertainment. In my free time, I create digital illustrations and animations, watch cartoons, and critique media with my friends!
Grace Clark 
​Hello! I'm Grace and I'm a 4th year Psychology B.A. major with a minor in Human Development! I hope to get a PhD in social psychology after graduating, to continue to do meaningful research as well as teach one day! I love social and developmental psychology in specific, and I'm passionate about learning about how people grow to be who they are or why they think the way that they do. In my free time, I enjoy reading books about those topics and love reading fiction too! My favorite quote from one of my favorite books is— "Remember that wherever your heart is, that is where you will find your treasure." —Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist.
Lavanya Gowthaman (she/her)
​Hello! My name is Lavanya, and I’m a senior majoring in Psychology and Minoring in Education, India & South Asian Studies! I am extremely passionate about the intersection of Education and Psychology, and I aspire to become a school psychologist! In my free time, you can catch me practicing at the ARC with my dance team, UC Davis Sunatya, or finding cats to pet outside my apartment with my friends! I also love listening to music and hiking!
Lexy Muller (she/her)
Hi! My name is Lexy Muller and I am a second-year undergraduate student majoring in psychology and minoring in professional writing. After I graduate, my goal is to pursue a Ph.D. and a research career in the field of psychology. I am interested in emotional intelligence, social psychology, and evolutionary psychology. I love to read, bake, and pet every dog in sight.

Hello! My name is Mads, and I am currently a junior double majoring in Psychology and Cinema and Digital Media. I have equal amounts of passion and love for both of my majors, and the hope is that they will somehow intersect in whatever I end up doing in the future. When I am not in a lecture hall or a lab, you're likely to find me at a movie theater or the CD section of a record store.
Natanya Kharat (she/her)
Hi! My name is Natanya and I’m a junior studying Psychology, A.B., and Community and Regional Development, B.S. I have a huge passion for youth mental health, youth empowerment, leadership, advocacy, and civic engagement. I aim to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a community-focused lens to tackle all of these as a future academic, clinician, and change-maker! For fun, I love playing the piano, viola, strumming my guitar, singing and songwriting, and smashing some badminton.
Vanshika Kanodia (she/her)
​Hi! My name is Vanshika Kanodia (Siya) and I’m a fourth year majoring in Neurobiology, physiology and behaviour and minoring in psychology. After I graduate I would like to pursue a Ph.D in Neuroscience. In my free time I love read, listen to music, go out with friends on hikes and camping.
